JLMH receives a Gerturde S. Carraway Award of Merit!

We are delighted that Preservation North Carolina has selected the Joel Lane Museum House for a 2014 Gertrude S. Carraway Award of Merit for our “extensive educational and outreach work as well as the…restoration of the house, kitchen and visitor center. The Carraway Awards are presented each year to people and organizations demonstrating genuine commitment through extraordinary leadership, research, philanthropy, promotion and /or personal participation in historic preservation.” This is a great honor. We are so grateful to all the people who helped make us eligible!
