Mosaic Pin or Brooch

Mosaic Pin or Brooch - Lane Family piece. Oval with gold twist edge. Mosaic Rose and Flowers. This object was donated prior to 1969 by the estate of a Lane descendant in Wake County. Origin most likely Florence, Italy. It was said to have belonged to one of Joel Lane’s wives, but there is some question as to its actual age.
