Have a Historical Children’s Birthday Party!

Have a Historical Children’s Birthday Party! Does your child love playing dress up and is interested in the early history of America? We have the perfect spot for his or her birthday party. One-hour event includes an age-appropriate tour of Joel Lane’s house and the “kitchen,” followed by your choice of one activity for the children: writing with a quill pen, rag doll making, tin punching an ornament, or dipping a beeswax candle. Playing old-time toys and games is also included. Limit is 15 people including adults; admission is $10 per person; and no food or drink is allowed on the grounds. Available times: Saturdays at 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00 pm or Sunday afternoons. Advanced reservations are required.
